These drills may be difficult at first. But, with constant practice, they can be mastered and you will surely be on your way to becoming an excellent ball handler.

This is also something you want to push your partner on. Push each other to work hard at shooting. Jump high on your shots to get them off. Get off the ground quick. Really get into the zone as if you're in a game. Then when it's showtime you'll notice a big difference. Because you already practiced it.

The first thing that players will learn from basketball drills is the right position that they must have. In order to be good in shooting, you must know that there are some certain types of positions to be able to shoot perfectly. If you are a center then you must learn to practice shooting close to the basket but if you are a guard you should practice more jump shots from the outside.

So now you know another component of scoring better at your weekend golf game. Just regularly work the following exercises into your daily routines: 1) a generic strength training program; 2) some simple stretching exercises; 3) a dedicated golf fitness program; and 4) increase your stamina. Of course, if the time comes that these exercises become too easy, you can stretch yourself further by training at a good gym. Remember that better strength, flexibility and stamina leads to a better game of golf.
