Reg Cure, RegClean, RegistryFix and FixCleaner, these are just some of the prominent registry cleaners today. As the name suggests, it is obvious what a registry cleaner does. It has been developed to clean the Windows registry. It deletes redundant data and other entries from the registry. These items could be invalid class keys and corrupted entries. Such unimportant entries are said to be behind the slowness of a computer. However, experts continue to question the claim registry cleaners can really speed up the performance of a computer. There is no evidence that support such claim yet.

Critics are warning people that registry cleaners are not easy to use and could cause conflict. They say that registry cleaners are unreliable and can't be trusted. This is due to the fact that registry cleaners may come with malware and there are instances where they deleted important entries. When this occurs, computer could crash and encounter a lot of errors. If the registry cleaner has a backup feature, these deleted entries could brought back but then if it hasn't that's when the problem sets in. Critics are advising computer users not to mind their registry as they could be harming their computer instead of doing it good.

Although registry cleaners continue to be criticized, some experts insist on promoting the use of the software utility. Registry cleaner aims to get rid of configuration data from the Windows Registry. When a registry cleaner is run, it will look for files that are not in use or have been left by programs that have been removed already then delete them. If you'd come to think of it, when configuration data are removed, it absolutely affects the performance of a computer in a good way. Remember that these bits of data, when accumulated, can consume a reasonable disk space. More files in the hard drive means sluggish computer.

In the end, you will be the one to decide if you want to use registry cleaner or let critics discourage you from doing so. Before deciding, you need to familiarize yourself with the proper way or running a registry cleaner. Be aware that the software can cause harm instead of doing good to your computer's system if it has been use carelessly. If it's all about curiosity and you want to see it for yourself, some of the registry cleaners to try for are RegCure, RegClean, RegistryFix and FixCleaner. Take time to read RegCureReviewat before deciding. What do the users of these softwares have said about them? Taking time to read reviews will ultimately lead you to the product that's best among the rest.
